Robin Harris
5th Grade Team
Hello Wildcats! I am Mrs. Harris, and I am excited to be teaching 5th Grade at MAC again this year! This is my thirtieth year teaching and my twenty-first year as a McKeel teacher. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Elementary Education. I am certified to educate students in grades 1-6 and have my ESOL and Reading Endorsements. I recently earned the Civics Seal of Excellence for educators and will adding that to my certificate! I strive to help my students reach their full potential to become life-long learners through inquiry-based lessons in Social Studies and Writing. I am looking forward to a great year!
Sign up for reminders!
We will use Remind as a source of communication this year. 5th grade teachers will send reminders via text to all 5th grade students and parents that sign up. You may sign up as many phone numbers as you would like. It is beneficial if you sign up both parents as well as the student, if they have a cell phone. Send a text to the number below and include the message listed below to sign up!

Digital Citizenship & Goals
Students will learn how to become positive Digital Citizens this year! These skills will be taught in the homeroom classrooms at the beginning of the year, and continued throughout the year as needed.
