Welcome Wildcats! I am so excited to be starting another great year at McKeel Academy Central. This is my 24th year teaching and my 10th year at McKeel. My teaching experiences include Pre-K, Kindergarten, First Grade, and Third Grade. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education at The University of South Florida. I am married and have two children. My daughter will be in seventh grade this year at MAT and my son will be in fourth grade at Robert's Academy. My family and I enjoy going to the beach and the mountains, and we like to spend time hiking and swimming. I have such a passion for working with young children and have spent the majority of my career in education teaching Kindergarten. I believe that Kindergarten is such an important year in your child's life because it helps to lay the foundation for your child's educational success. I am so excited to work with your child and to help instill in them a love of learning. We are going to have an awesome year!!
