Hello, everyone! I'm Mrs. Holmes, and I couldn't be more thrilled to start another year at MAC as the teacher of the gifted. With twelve years of experience as an elementary educator, I can genuinely say that teaching is my passion and calling in life.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialized focus in Elementary Education, which I earned from Florida Gulf Coast University. I am certified to teach students from Kindergarten to 6th grade, and I also have endorsements in Reading and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages).
Teaching goes beyond just imparting knowledge; it's about building strong foundations for our students' futures. I firmly believe that a great education and fostering positive teacher-parent relationships, form the bedrock of student success. Together, as a team, we can create a nurturing and supportive environment for your student to flourish.
